• Generated Content: Text inputs and messages you send within the Service. These may be logged for the purpose of improving AI performance, monitoring abuse, and troubleshooting errors.

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

• Providing core features of the Service (chat interactions, personalization, saved data).
• Improving app reliability, performance, and user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver parts of the Service:

• Firebase (Google): Provides authentication, hosting, database, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Google Analytics & Crashlytics: Help us understand user behavior and resolve technical issues.
• Google Sign-In: Allows users to log in with their Google account.

4. Advertising & Marketing

Currently, Sinhala AI Assistant does not serve ads within the Service. If this changes, we will clearly update this Policy and request consent where required. We may, however, use anonymized analytics data to better understand user needs and improve our offerings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in these cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the Service (see Section 3).

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may delete your account or request data removal at any time by contacting us. Aggregate, non-personal data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes.

We use encryption, authentication, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is fully secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred, processed, and stored under U.S. privacy laws, which may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
